मी उर्मिला देशपांडे कोल्हापूरची रहिवासी आहे गेले दोन-तीन वर्ष मला थोडासा दिसायला प्रॉब्लेम होत होता ऑपरेशन करायचं होतं पण भीती वाटत होती दोन-तीन वेळा इथे येऊन गेले पण प्रसन्न सरांना भेटले आणि त्यांचे आश्वासन बोलणं हे बघितल्यानंतर मी ठरवलं की इथेच आपण ऑपरेशन करावं मागच्या सोमवारी माझं पहिलं ऑपरेशन इथे झालं इतका छान अनुभव आला इथले स्टाफ मेंबर्स लोक मुख्य म्हणजे इथली स्वच्छता त्यांची काळजी हे बघून मला खूप बरं वाटलं आणि मग इथं मी ऑपरेशन करायचं ठरवलं एक ऑपरेशन मागच्या सोमवारी झालं आज दुसरं ऑपरेशन झालं हे मागचं ऑपरेशन छानच झालं दिसतंय खूप सुरेख व्यवस्थित काही प्रॉब्लेम नाहीये आणि आता आज दुसरे ऑपरेशन इथेच करायचं ठरवलं आणि आता माझं दुसरं पण ऑपरेशन झालं इथे आल्यानंतर प्रसन्न सरांना भेटले प्रसन्न सर खरोखर नावाप्रमाणे प्रसन्न आहे त्यांच्याकडे बघितल्यानंतर त्यांचं बोलणं ऐकल्यानंतर इतकं आश्वासन छान वाटायला लागलं की मला वाटलं की आता सगळी काळजी घेणारे हे आहेतच आता आपल्याला काळजी करायची जरूर नाही इतकं सुंदर वाटतं आणि बाकीचा स्टाफ सुद्धा खूप छान आहे व्यवस्थित आहे आणि मी आता इथून जेव्हा बाहेर जाईन त्या बाहेरच्या दहा लोकांना या नंदादीप बद्दल सांगेन की बाबा तुम्ही इथं ऑपरेशन करा खूप छान आहे सेवा चांगली आहे स्टाफ कोऑपरेटिव्ह आहे खूपच चांगला मला फार छान अनुभव मला तर असं वाटायला लागलं की मी याच्या आधीच ऑपरेशन करायला पाहिजे होतं इतकं जर व्यवस्थित ऑपरेशन होतंय तर उगाच मी वर्ष दीड वर्ष डिले केला आणि प्रसन्न सरांच्या बाबतीत तर बोलायचं कामच नाहीये ते थरो जेंटल खूप छान अनुभव खूप छान अनुभव [संगीत]
