नमस्कार मी गजानन केसेकर इचलकरंजीहून इथं माझ्या डोळ्याच्या ट्रीटमेंट साठी आलो होतो इचलकरंजी मध्ये मी नंदादीप नेत्रालयामध्ये ऑलरेडी दाखवलं होतं की मला जरा दृष्टीला म्हणजे कमी दिसत होतं चेक वगैरे लिहिताना येत नव्हतं म्हणजे अक्षर पुढे पाठीमागे व्हायची पण आता इथं आल्यापासून मला म्हणजे मॅडमने इतर स्टाफ ने एकही उपयोग न घेता कारण मी केस पेपर तिथे काढला होता इचलकरी मध्ये तरी इथे आल्यावर माझ्या व्यवस्थित ट्रीटमेंट दिली आणि माझा जे मला पाहिजे होतं म्हणजे व्यवस्थित अक्षर दिसायचं ते त्यांनी व्यवस्थित मला चश्मा करून दिलेला आहे आणि अफजल मी तर पूर्ण समाधानी आहे बाकीच्या इतर ठिकाणी पण मी बघितलं पण मला एवढी जी म्हणजे बघायला मिळाली ती इथं मला व्यवस्थित त्यांनी दाखवली आणि मी तर याबाबतीत समाधानी आहे तसेच मला चश्म्याच्या बाबतीत जवळचा नंबर आहे आणि लो व्हिजन मध्ये ऑप्शन नाही सरांनी सांगितल्याप्रमाणे मला मिळाला मला पडद्याचा पण प्रॉब्लेम आहे डोळ्याचा त्यामुळे मला जवळचे अक्षर व्यवस्थित दिसत नव्हती ती यांनी नवीन चश्मा देऊन मला ओके केलेल आहे थँक्यू
