नमस्कार मैं डॉक्टर निधि पटवर्धन कैटरेक्ट स्पेशलिस्ट नंदादेवी से आज इस वीडियो में हम आंखों की एक आम समस्या कैटरेक्ट यानी कि मोतिया बिंद के बारे में बात करेंगे मोतिया बिंद के बारे में बात करने से पहले मैं आपको आंखों के आकार के बारे में बताना चाहूंगी हमारी आंखें एक कैमरा के जैसे होती हैं इसमें एक लेंस होती है जो नॉर्मली पारदर्शी हो जब भी हम कुछ देखते हैं तो बाहर की रोशनी उस लेंस को पार करके हमारे पर्दे पर पड़ती है और फिर नस के थ्रू उसकी प्रतिमा हमारे ब्रेन पर पड़ती है मोतिया बिंद के कारण क्या होते हैं उसका मुख्य कारण है बढ़ती उम्र तो एजिंग का यह एक साइन होता है इसके अलावा शुगर के पेशेंट में कैटरेक्ट मोतिया बिंद जल्दी हो सकता है कम उम्र में हो सकता आंखों पर मार लगने की वजह से भी मोतिया बिंद हो सकता है आंखों में अगर बार-बार सूज आए तो भी मोतिया बिंद हो सकता है इसके अलावा छोटे बच्चों में भी मोतिया बिंद हो सकता है जिसको हम कंजिट कैटरेक्ट बोलते हैं मोतिया बिंद के क्या लक्षण होते हैं इसका मुख्य लक्षण है दृष्टि का धुंधलापन होना यह जो दृष्टि का धुंधलापन होता है यह धीरे-धीरे आता है और इसमें कुछ दर्द नहीं होता है रात को पेशेंट को थोड़ा कम दिखने लगना चालू हो जाता है रंग भी थोड़े-थोड़े फीके दिखने लग जाते हैं इसके अलावा कभी-कभी रात में ड्राइविंग करते टाइम पेशेंट को सामने की लाइट बहुत ही ज्यादा चुंक है तो इस वीडियो में हमने जाना कि मोतिया बिंद क्या होता है इसके क्या कारण होते हैं और इसके क्या लक्षण होते हैं अगले वीडियो में हम बात करेंगे कि मोतिया बिंद का ट्रीटमेंट क्या होता है इसकी शस्त्र क्रिया के बारे में धन्यवाद
