नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन नंदादीप नेत्रालय आणि या व्हिडिओमध्ये आपण थोडक्यात सांगूया की मोतीबिंदू काय असतो आणि आम्ही ऑपरेशन करतो त्यावेळी कुठल्या लेन्स वापरतो तर आपल्या डोळ्यामध्ये ही एक नैसर्गिक लेन्स असते इथे ही नैसर्गिक लेन्स ज्यावेळी धुरकट होते म्हणजे अशा प्रकारची होते त्याला आपण मोतीबिंदू म्हणतो तर ज्यावेळी ही धुरकट होते त्यावेळी आपल्याला ती बदलून त्या जागी एक आर्टिफिशियल लेन्स लावावी लागते आणि ही लेन्स लावल्यानंतर आपल्याला सुस्पष्ट दिसतं म्हणजे मोती मिळणारी दुर्कटपणा आहे तो जातो आता याच्यामध्ये तीन वेगवेगळ्या टाईपच्या लेन्स आपण वापरतो पहिली जी लेन्स आपण वापरतो त्याला आपण म्हणतो मोनोफोकल ही एक स्टॅंडर्ड लेन्स आहे म्हणजे सगळ्याच पेशंटना या लेन्सचा वापर करता येतो आणि याचा मुख्य उपयोग असतो की दूरचा जी दृष्टी असते आपली ती अतिशय सुस्पष्ट याच्यामुळे येऊ शकते दुसरा जो प्रकार आहे त्याला ट्रायफोकल लेन्स म्हणतात आणि ट्रायफोकल लेन्स मध्ये आपल्याला लांबच्या बरोबरच जवळची ही दृष्टी येते म्हणजे जवळचं वाचताना किंवा जवळच कॉम्प्युटर वर काम करताना आपल्याला दिसू शकतं ही दुसऱ्या प्रकारची लेन्स आहे ट्रायफोकल लेन्स आणि एक या दोन्हीच्या मधला एक प्रकार आहे ज्याला आम्ही एक्सटेंडेड डेप्थ ऑफ फोकस लेन्स म्हणतो त्याच्यामध्ये जवळच्या बरोबरच इंटरमीडिएट डिस्टन्स म्हणजे आपल्या हाताच्या अंतरावरच्या गोष्टी दिसू शकतात म्हणजे डेस्कटॉप आहे तर तो आपल्याला क्लिअर दिसतो किंवा कुकिंगच्या वेळी आपल्याला जे जवळच साहित्य बघायचं ते क्लिअर दिसतं पण खूप जवळ बघताना मात्र आपल्याला चश्मा लागू शकतो तर या तीन प्रकारच्या मुख्य लेन्सेस उपलब्ध आहेत आणि त्याचेही बरेच अनेक सबटाइप्स आहेत म्हणजे वेगवेगळ्या कंपन्यांच्या यामध्ये लेन्सेस उपलब्ध असतात पण आपल्या दृष्टीची गरज काय आहे याप्रमाणे तुम्ही यातला प्रकार चूज करू शकता
