नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन नंदादीप नेत्रालय या व्हिडिओमध्ये मी थोडक्यात माहिती देईन एक प्रोसिजर विषयी ज्याला क्लिअर लेन्स एक्सट्रॅक्शन म्हणतात आणि आजकाल ही प्रोसिजर बऱ्यापैकी कॉमन आणि पॉप्युलर झालेली आहे तर ज्यावेळी आपल्या डोळ्यामध्ये मी मगाशी सांगितलं की एक लेन्स असते नैसर्गिक लेन्स आणि ही दुरकट झाली की त्याला आपण मोतीबिंदू म्हणतो दुरकट झालेली लेन्स ही मोतीबिंदूची असते आणि आपण मोतीबिंदू काढून त्या जागी आर्टिफिशियल लेन्स बसवतो पण काही व्यक्तींना डोळ्यामध्ये मोतीबिंदू नसेल तरीसुद्धा आम्ही या ऑपरेशनचा सल्ला देतो यालाच क्लिअर लेन्स एक्सट्रॅक्शन म्हणतात तर हा सल्ला मेनली कुठल्या गोष्टीसाठी दिला जातो तर चश्म्याचा जर मोठा नंबर असेल एखाद्या व्यक्तीला आणि हा नंबर सतत वाढत असेल डोळ्यामध्ये मोतीबिंदू नसला तरी लेन्स मधल्या काही बदलांमुळे हा नंबर जर वाढत असेल तर अशा वेळी आम्ही क्लिअर लेन्स एक्सट्रॅक्शन ही प्रोसिजर करतो आणि याचा फायदा असा होतो की ज्यावेळी आम्ही लेन्स बदलून त्याच्या जागी आर्टिफिशियल लेन्स बसवतो त्यावेळी त्या व्यक्तीचा नंबर हा जातो किंवा अगदी कमी होतो जातो आणि याचा खूप उपयोग जास्त मायनस नंबर असणाऱ्यांना होतोच तसेच प्लस नंबर असणाऱ्यांना सुद्धा याचा खूप उपयोग होतो कारण बऱ्याचशा प्लस नंबर असणाऱ्या व्यक्तींना लेझरचा उपयोग होत नाही नंबर कमी करण्यासाठी क्लिअर लेन्स एक्सट्रॅक्टच्या नंतर सुद्धा आम्ही ट्रायफोकल किंवा एक्सटेंडेड डेप्थ ऑफ फोकस चा वापर करू शकतो ज्यामुळे त्यांना दूरचीच नव्हे तर जवळची दृष्टी सुद्धा आपण देऊ शकतो तर तुम्हाला जर मोठा नंबर असेल आणि तुमचा जर डोळ्याची जी तपासणी केल्यानंतर तुम्हाला लेझर जर करता येत नसेल नंबर कमी करण्याच किंवा घालवण्याचं तर क्लिअर लेन्स एक्सट्रॅक्शन हा सुद्धा एक उपचार तुमच्यासाठी उपलब्ध असेल याविषयी तुमच्या डॉक्टरांना तुम्ही जरूर विचारू शकता
