नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन नंदादीप नेत्रालय आपण या व्हिडिओमध्ये थोडक्यात माहिती घेणार आहे की कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स म्हणजे काय असतं तर आपल्याला माहिती आहे की आपल्या डोळ्यामध्ये हे बुबुळ असतं समोर आणि ज्या ज्या व्यक्तींना मोठा नंबर असतो किंवा ज्यांना चश्मा घालायचा नसतो अशा वेळी आपण या बुबुळावरच एक कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स वापरतो आणि हे खूप कॉमन आणि बरेचशे पॉप्युलर सॉफ्ट कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स असतात की याच्यामध्ये आपल्याला चश्मा घालायची गरज लागत नाही पण सॉफ्ट कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स वापरताना काही खबर घेणे हे फार महत्त्वाचं आहे सगळ्यात महत्त्वाचं म्हणजे प्रत्येक सॉफ्ट कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्सला एक ठराविक काल किंवा ड्युरेशन सांगितलेलं असतं की जेवढ्या काळासाठी तुम्ही लेन्स वापरणे योग्य असतं पण त्यानंतर मात्र ही लेन्स काढून टाकलेली योग्य असते याचं कारण ज्यावेळी आपण बुबुळावर कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स लावतो त्यावेळी बुबुळाचा जो ऑक्सिजन सप्लाय आहे तो थोडासा लिमिटेड होतो रिस्ट्रिक्टेड होतो तर अशा वेळी ही कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स सतत जर जास्त वेळ वापरली तर बुबळाला याच्यामुळे अपाय होऊ शकतो इन्फेक्शन किंवा ऍलर्जी प्रमाण वाढू शकतं तसंच हे कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स ज्यावेळी आपण वापरतो त्यावेळी त्याची योग्य काळजी घेणे हे फार महत्त्वाचं आहे जसं कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स हे त्याच्या डबीमध्येच एक विशिष्ट सोल्युशन दिलेलं दिलेलं असतं त्याच्यामध्येच ठेवणं गरजेचं आहे ते रोज साफ करणं हे गरजेचे आहे जर तुम्ही योग्य रीतीने ही कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स हाताळली नाही तर बुबळाचं इन्फेक्शन होऊ शकतं आणि हे बऱ्यापैकी सिरीयस इन्फेक्शन असतं त्यामुळे याची काळजी तुम्ही आधीपासूनच घ्या आजकाल मंथली थ्री मंथली तसेच डेली डिस्पोजेबल कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स सुद्धा उपलब्ध आहेत त्यामुळे जर तुम्हाला अफोर्डेबल असेल तर मी नक्की तुम्हाला ऍडव्हाइस देईन की डिस्पोजेबल कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्सचा जास्ती वापर करा त्याचं कारण असं आहे की ह्या रेग्युलर कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स पेक्षा जास्त पातळ असतात त्यामुळे त्याच्यामुळे येणाऱ्या ऍलर्जीचा किंवा इन्फेक्शनचं प्रमाण हे ही कमी असतं या विशिष्ट कालावधीनंतर आपण टाकून देत असल्यामुळे याच्यामध्ये जी सांभाळणे कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स जे साफ ठेवणं किंवा सांभाळणं ही जी प्रक्रिया असते ती तुलनेने जास्त सोपी असते त्यामुळे कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्सर चा वापर जरूर जरूर करा पण खबरदारी घेऊनच करा दोन जे कॉमन प्रॉब्लेम्स येतात कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स वापरणाऱ्यांमध्ये ते एक म्हणजे कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स घालून काही लोक रात्री झोपतात आणि झोपल्यानंतर जर डोळ्यामध्ये कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स असेल तर बुबुळाचा ऑक्सिजन सप्लाय आणखी कमी होतो आणि इन्फेक्शनची रिस्क वाढते तसंच काही लोक अनावधानाने कॉन्टॅक्ट लेन्स घातलेली असताना पाण्यामध्ये जातात किंवा पाण्यात भिजतात अशा वेळी सुद्धा जर डोळ्यामध्ये पाणी गेलं तर सुद्धा इन्फेक्शन रिस्की खूप वाढते त्यामुळे या दोन गोष्टी खबरदारीने तुम्ही टाळा
