नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन आणि आज या व्हिडिओमध्ये मी तुम्हाला डोळ्यामध्ये डायबिटीस मुळे काय काय परिणाम होतात हे थोडक्यात दाखवणार आहे आणि त्याआधी आपण पाहूया की नॉर्मल जो डोळ्याचा पडदा आहे तो कसा दिसतो तर हा एका नॉर्मल व्यक्तीचा पडद्याचा मी काढलेला फोटो आहे याच्यामध्ये ही डोळ्याची नस आहे आणि या सगळ्या रक्तवाहिन्या आहेत आणि हा आपला सेंटरचा भाग म्हणजे ज्याला मॅक्युला म्हणतो आम्ही तो आहे हा नॉर्मल पडद्याचा फोटो आहे ओके आता आपण पाहू की डायबिटीस मुळे काय काय बदल होतात याच्यात मी आत्ताच नुकताच मी पाहिलेला आहे एक पेशंटचा फोटो दाखवणार आहे तर तो आपण पाहूया आता ही जी व्यक्ती आहे ती आमच्याकडे साधारण यांचं वय आय थिंक 50 च्या आसपास आहे आणि या आमच्याकडे आल्या की त्यांचं उजव्या डोळ्याला दृष्टी या काही आठवड्याभरामध्ये कमी झाली आहे आणि ज्यावेळी आम्ही विचारलं की त्यांना डायबिटीसची काही हिस्ट्री आहे का तर असं लक्षात आलं की त्यांचा आता सहा महिने वर्षांपूर्वीच डायबिटीस डिटेक्ट झालाय आणि ज्यावेळी डिटेक्ट झाला त्यावेळी 400 च्या वर शुगर होती याचा अर्थ काय की त्यांचा डायबिटीस हा लेट डिटेक्ट झालाय त्यांना कदाचित गेल्या तीन चार वर्षापासून डायबिटीस होता पण त्यांनी टेस्ट न केल्यामुळे कळलं नाही आता त्यानंतर सुद्धा त्यांनी डोळ्याची तपासणी करून घेतली नाही आणि आता ते आलेत की एका डोळ्याला दृष्टी कमी झाली म्हणून ज्यावेळी आम्ही त्यांचा फोटो घेतला तर तुम्हाला दाखवतो हा उजव्या डोळ्यामध्ये मगाशी तुम्ही पाहिला की नॉर्मल पडदा कसा असतो या उजव्या डोळ्यामध्ये हे ब्लीडिंग झालेले आहे जे काळे स्पॉट लाल स्पॉट दिसतात हे सगळे ब्लीडिंगचे स्पॉट आणि या डोळ्याला दृष्टी आता कमी झालेली आहे ओके आणि त्यांना विचारलं की डाव्या डोळ्याला काही त्रास आहे का त्यांना तर अशा वेळी ते म्हणाले की नाही डाव्या डोळ्याला एकदम क्लिअर दिसतं आणि त्यांची दृष्टी सुद्धा सिक्स बाय सिक्स म्हणजे पूर्ण अगदी लास्ट लाईन पर्यंत त्यांना वाचता येतं पण आता आपण त्यांचा फोटो बघूया की फोटोत नेमकं काय आहे तर हा त्यांचा डाव्या डोळ्याचा पडद्याचा फोटो आहे म्हणजे त्यांना ज्या डोळ्यामध्ये व्यवस्थित दिसतं त्यात सुद्धा तुम्ही पहाल की मोठ्या मोठ्या जाळ्या या पडद्यामध्ये ऑलरेडी तयार झाल्यात एका ठिकाणी ब्लीडिंग सुद्धा चालू झालेलं आहे सेंटरच्या भागाच्या आसपास सूज तयार व्हायला लागलेली आहे म्हणजे थोडक्यात या पडद्यामध्ये सुद्धा किंवा या डोळ्यामध्ये सुद्धा कधीही ब्लीडिंग होऊन त्यांना दिसायचं कमी होऊ शकतं त्यामुळे या व्हिडिओचा उद्देश हाच आहे की जर तुम्हाला अगदी व्यवस्थित दिसत असलं तर तुम्हाला डायबिटीस असेल तर याचा अर्थ असा नाही की तुमचा डोळा निरोगी आहे तुम्हाला डोळ्याचा चेकअप करणे गरजेचे आहे आपल्याला हे ट्रीटमेंट देता येते का का तर याला ट्रीटमेंट देता येते आणि तीच आम्ही यांची करणार आहे पुढच्या काही व्हिडिओमध्ये आम्ही हे ही दाखवू की आम्ही कशी ट्रीटमेंट केली आणि कशी त्यांची दृष्टी पूर्ववत होते याला आपल्याला लेझर ट्रीटमेंटची गरज आहे इंजेक्शनची गरज आहे आणि गरज लागल्यास आम्ही ऑपरेशनही करू पण त्यांची दृष्टी व्यवस्थित होण्यासाठी आम्ही प्रयत्न करू तर यापुढे लक्षात ठेवा की जरी तुम्हाला डायबिटीस आहे आणि तुमची दृष्टी अतिशय योग्य आहे उत्तम आहे तरीसुद्धा डोळ्याच्या पडद्याची तपासणी करायला अजिबात विसरू नका धन्यवाद
