ग्लूकोमा या कल मोतिया के लिए तीन डिफरेंट टाइप के उपचार ट्रीटमेंट उपलब्ध है जिसमें सबसे पहले है आंखों में डालने वाली ड्रॉप्स की वजह से प्रेशर कंट्रोल राहत है इसमें कर से पांच तरीके के अलग-अलग ड्रॉप्स अभी उपलब्ध है इसके अलावा दूसरा उपचार है या ऑपरेशन है वो है कल मोतिया या प्रेशर कम करने का ऑपरेशन जिसको कॉमनली ट्रैफिक बोलते हैं इससे बहुत अच्छा इफेक्ट आता है प्रेशर कम होने पर लेकिन यह ऑपरेशन है तो उसके थोड़े से साइड इफेक्ट हो सकते हैं तो इन दोनों के अलावा अभी लेजर ट्रीटमेंट भी उसके लिए उपलब्ध है जिसको हम सब सिलो लेजर बोलते हैं और इसलिए डर से आंखों का प्रेशर कम होता है कई लोगों को इसके बाद ऑपरेशन करने की जरूर नहीं पड़ती या आंखों में जो ड्रॉप्स चालू है वो हम कम कर सकते हैं इसका एक एडवांटेज यह है की उसका रिस्क ज्यादा नहीं है और यह हम रिपीट भी कर सकते हैं
