नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन नंदा नेत्रालय आमचे जे चार्टर्ड अकाउंट आहेत मिस्टर खिरे यांना ज्यावेळी मोतीबिंदू झाला होता तर त्यावेळी ते आमच्याकडे तपासणीसाठी आले आणि मला लक्षात आलं की त्यांना दोन्ही डोळ्याला मोतीबिंदूच्या ऑपरेशनची गरज आहे खिरे सरांचाच या ऑपरेशन विषयीचा अनुभव आपण या व्हिडिओमध्ये आपण पाहणार आहोत ऐकणारही आहोत आणि शेवटी मी तुम्हाला सांगणार आहे की यांच्या डोळ्यासाठी कुठली लेन्स सिलेक्ट करावी हे मी कसं ठरवलं याविषयी हा व्हिडिओ पूर्ण पहा नमस्कार मी श्रीपाद दत्तात्रय खिरे व्यवसायाने चार्टर्ड अकाउंट वय 67 वर्ष गेल्या वर्षी माझ्या डोळ्याला दोन्ही डोळ्यांना मोतीबिंदू असल्याचे निदान नंदादीप आय हॉस्पिटल मध्ये करण्यात आलं हे निदान झाल्यानंतर मला पुढील वर्षभरात तुम्ही केव्हाही तुमच्या सवडीने तुमचा ऑपरेशन करून घ्या म्हणून सांगण्यात आलं खिरे सर ज्यावेळी आले आमच्याकडे तर ते व्यवसायाने चार्टर्ड अकाउंट आहेत त्यांच्या डोळ्याची पूर्णतः केल्यावर तो डोळा निरोगी असल्याचं आमच्या लक्षात आलं आणि त्यानंतर एकच हे होता विषय होता की आपण आता कुठल्या प्रकारची लेन्स त्यांच्यासाठी सिलेक्ट करणार आहोत ऑपरेशनची तारीख ठरवण्यापूर्वी माझ्या बऱ्याच तपासण्या त्याची तपासण्यांची नाव माझ्या लक्षात नाहीत परंतु सात-आठ प्रकारच्या तपासण्या माझ्या करण्यात आल्या त्या सर्व तपासण्या झाल्यानंतर सौरभ सरांची गाठ घेतली व सौरभ सरांनी मला सांगितलं की तुम्हाला कुठली लेन्स बसवणं सोयीस्कर आहे त्यांनी मला विचारलं की तुम्हाला तुमचा नेहमीच्या व्यवसायाच्या याच्यामुळे ते माझेच क्लायंट असल्यामुळे त्यांना माझं व्यवसायाचं स्वरूप पूर्णपणे माहीत होतं त्यांनी मला सांगितलं की तुम्हाला जवळचं वाचणं कॉम्प्युटर वरती काम करणं हे सोयीस्कर होण्याच्या दृष्टीने व ड्रायव्हिंग फार मोठं जरी नसलं तरी नाईट ड्रायव्हिंग करायच्या दृष्टीने सोयीस्कर व्हावं म्हणून आपण इडॉप लेन्स घालण्यात यावी असं मला त्यांनी सुचवलं आणि त्याच्याप्रमाणे त्यांनी मला पॅकेज सुचवलं आणि त्या पद्धतीने माझी 15 व 17 ऑक्टोबरला दोन्ही डोळ्यांची ऑपरेशन्स केली नऊ वाजता ऑपरेशनला सुरुवात केल्यानंतर नऊ वाजून दहा मिनिटांनी मी बाहेर आलो ऑपरेशन मध्ये मला खरंच माझं ऑपरेशन झालंय असंच जाणवलं नाही इतक्या स्मूथली ते ऑपरेशन झालं अत्यंत सुरेख पद्धतीने डॉक्टरांनी ते ऑपरेशन केलं आणि मला खरंच ते माझ्या डोळ्याचं ऑपरेशन झालं असंच जाणवलेलं नव्हतं इतक्या ते स्मूथली आणखीन सोप्या पद्धतीने माझं ऑपरेशन करण्यात आलं दुसऱ्या डोळ्यात तीच गोष्ट होती दोन्ही डोळ्यांनी मला अत्यंतच व्यवस्थित वाचता येत होतं त्याच क्षणी ज्या क्षणी ऑपरेशन झालं त्या क्षणी मला माझ्या दोन्ही डोळ्यांनी छान वाचता येत होतं ऑपरेशन होण्यापूर्वी मला कॉम्प्युटर वरच वाचताना किंवा माझे डोळे जेव्हा तपासले तेव्हा माझ्या असं लक्षात आले की आपल्या समोरचे आकडे किंवा हे हलतात किंवा त्याच्यात रेषा रेषा दिसतात टीव्ही वरची खालची जाणारी पट्टी जी काही असते ती मला वाचायला बऱ्यापैकी त्रास होत होता परंतु ऑपरेशन झाल्यानंतर हे सर्व त्रास निघून गेले मला टीव्ही बघायला किंवा कॉम्प्युटर वरच्या गोष्टी बघण्यासाठी किंवा त्यासाठी कोणताही त्रास होत नाही त्यांना मी ज्यावेळी रिक्वायरमेंट्स विचारल्या तर त्यांनी सांगितलं की मला रात्री ड्रायव्हिंग करणं हे गरजेचं आहे कारण मी बऱ्याचदा रात्री ड्राईव्ह करून जातो परंतु त्याचबरोबर माझ्या दैनंदिन कामामध्ये अर्थातच सीए असल्यामुळे कॉम्प्युटरचा वापर भरपूर आहे कारण बरेचशे आजकाल अकाउंटिंग असो ऑडिट्स असो हे सगळे कॉम्प्युटरच्या साह्यानेच केली जातात त्यामुळे या दोन गोष्टी त्यांना फार महत्त्वाच्या होत्या त्यामुळे माझ्या मी असं ठरवलं की यांना ईड ऑफ लेन्स आपण वापरायची कारण ईड ऑफ लेन्स मध्ये रात्री ड्रायव्हिंग सुद्धा करता येतं मिनिमम ग्लेयर्स हॅलोज येतात जास्ती येत नाहीत त्यामुळे ड्रायव्हिंग करता येतं पण त्याचबरोबर आपल्याला इंटरमीडिएट व्हिजन म्हणजे कॉम्प्युटरची व्हिजन जी असते ती बेटर असते विदाऊट चश्मा सुद्धा आपल्याला बऱ्यापैकी दिसू शकतं त्यामुळे डे टू डे ऍक्टिव्हिटीज मध्ये त्यांचा जो चश्म्यावरचा डिपेंडन्स आहे तो याच्यामुळे कमी होईल आणि त्याचबरोबर त्यांना इतर ऍक्टिव्हिटीज म्हणजे रात्री ड्रायव्हिंग करणं हे सुद्धा करता येईल या दृष्टीने आम्ही ईड ऑफ लेन्सचा या विषयी निर्णय घेतला आणि अर्थातच तुम्ही आत्ताच ऐकलं की त्याच्यामुळे त्यांना पुष्कळ फायदा झाला मला आठ दिवसांनी जेव्हा मी दाखवायला आलो डॉक्टर सौरभ यांना तेव्हा तपासून ऑपरेशन होतं उत्तम झाल्यास सांगितलं व ड्रायव्हिंग करायलाही हरकत नाही म्हणून सांगितलं मला लोकांनी भीती घातली होती की रात्री ड्रायव्हिंग करत असताना थोडासा तुम्हाला काहीतरी भडक प्रकाश दिसतो किंवा रिंगा दिसतात परंतु माझ्या सुदैवाने म्हणायचं का डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन यांच्या स्किल मुळे असेल म्हणा मला कोणताही त्रास ड्रायव्हिंगलाही होत नाही आणि माझ्या दोन्ही डोळ्यांचे ऑपरेशन्स अत्यंत सुरेख आणि उत्तम पद्धतीने झालेले आहेत धन्यवाद डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन व नंदादीपाय हॉस्पिटल धन्यवाद अशाच आणि अनेक आमच्या पेशंटच्या अनुभव ऐकण्यासाठी आमच्या चॅनलला जरूर सबस्क्राईब करा तुमचे कुठल्याही शंका असतील तर जरूर तुम्ही कॉमेंट्स मध्ये लिहू शकता धन्यवाद
