नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन नंददीप नेत्रालयाच्या सर्व ज्या शाखा आहेत त्याचा मी संचालक आहे आज तुम्ही आम्हाला आपल्या सेवेची संधी दिली याबद्दल सर्वप्रथम आमच्या सर्व टीम कडून तुमचे आभार आणि आता तुम्हाला मोतीबिंदूच्या शस्त्रक्रियाचा एक सल्ला दिला गेला आहे आणि त्याविषयीच मी तुम्हाला थोडक्यात अधिक माहिती देणार आहे आता तुम्हाला थोडक्यात माहित असेल की डोळ्यामध्ये आपल्या बुबळाच्या मागे एक लेन्स असते ही नैसर्गिक लेन्स ज्यावेळी धुरकट होते त्यावेळेस त्याला आम्ही मोतीबिंदू म्हणतो मोतीबिंदू झाल्यानंतर आपल्याला ही लेन्स काढून त्या जागी आर्टिफिशियल लेन्स बसवावी लागते ज्याला आयओएल किंवा इंट्रोक्युलर लेन्स म्हणतात तर ही प्रोसिजर म्हणजेच मोतीबिंदूची शस्त्रक्रिया आता मोतीबिंदूची शस्त्रक्रिया ही दोन पद्धतीने आम्ही करतो पहिली पद्धत आहे फेको इमल्सिफिकेशन मेथड ही मॅन्युअल मेथड आहे आणि याच्यामध्ये ही सुद्धा एक ऍडव्हान्स मेथड असून याच्यामध्ये सुद्धा केवळ दोन ते तीन मिलीमीटर च्या छिद्रातून आम्ही मोतीबिंदू काढून त्या जागी लेन्स बसवत असतो आणि यामधलीच एक अद्यावत नवीन पद्धती आता उपलब्ध आहे ज्याला आम्ही आर्टिफिशियल इंटेलिजन्स इनेबल्ड फेमटो लेझर कॅट्रॅक सर्जरी किंवा लेझर असिस्टेड कॅट्रॅक सर्जरी असं म्हणतो या पद्धतीमध्ये आणि आधीच्या फेकोसिविन पद्धती मध्ये थोडासा फरक आहे मॅन्युअल फेको पद्धतीमध्ये आम्ही जो छेद घेतो बुबुळामध्ये तो मॅन्युअली ब्लेडच्या साह्याने घेतो तसेच लेन्सच्या वरचा जो लेयर आहे तो आम्ही मॅन्युअली ओपन करतो आतला मोतीबिंदू आम्ही फेकोच्या मशीन द्वारे सॉफ्टन करून तो खातो लेझर असिस्टेड कॅट्रॅक्ट सर्जरी मध्ये पहिल्या स्टेप्स जसं इन्सिजन म्हणजे छेद तयार करणं कॅप्सूल वर ओपनिंग परफेक्टली सर्क्युलर करणं तसेच जर मोतीबिंदू जाड असेल किंवा घट्ट असेल तर तो सॉफ्टन करणे हे काम लेझर करत आणि जे कॉम्प्युटर कंट्रोल असतं ही प्रोसिजर झाल्यानंतर आम्ही मग फेको पद्धतीने मोतीबिंदू काढून टाकतो आणि त्या जागी लेन्स बसवतो यामुळे रुग्णाची सुरक्षितता आणि प्रिसिजन थोडेसे अधिक वाढत या दोन्ही पद्धती अतिशय अद्यावत आहेत आणि आपल्या परिसरात फक्त नंदादीप नेत्रालय मध्येच या उपलब्ध आहेत या दोन्ही पद्धतीपैकी कुठल्याही पद्धतीने मोतीबिंदू काढल्यानंतर त्या जागी आम्ही लेन्स बसवतो ही लेन्स कुठली बसवावी याविषयी डॉक्टरांनी तुम्हाला ऑलरेडी एक सल्ला दिलेला आहे यासाठी जो ऍडव्हाइस फॉर्म भरलेला आहे त्यानुसार आपण तुम्हाला कुठली लेन्स योग्य आहे त्याविषयी माहिती घेऊया ते आपण पुढच्या व्हिडिओमध्ये पाहू धन्यवाद
