नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवल नंदा नेत्रालय डोळ्याचा काजबिंदू हा जो आजार आहे याविषयी मी आधीच्या व्हिडिओमध्ये अधिक माहिती दिलेलीच आहे पण बऱ्याच रुग्णांना हा एक प्रश्न असतो की ज्यावेळी त्यांना काचबिंदू डिटेक्ट होतो आणि आपण टेस्ट द्वारे असं लक्षात येतं आपल्याला की यांना काचबिंदूचा ऑलरेडी आजार आहे आणि त्याच्यामुळे त्यांची जी नस आहे मागची त्याच्यात डॅमेज होणं चालू झालेलं आहे तर अशा वेळी आम्ही त्यांना सुरुवातीला ड्रॉप्स देतो हे डोळ्याचं प्रेशर कमी करायचे ड्रॉप्स असतात तर बऱ्याचदा हा प्रश्न विचारला हा किती दिवस वापरायचा आहे ड्रॉप म्हणजे किती दिवसांनी हा बंद होईल किंवा काजचबिंदू बरा होईल का तर जे काचबिंदू साठी ड्रॉप्स दिले जातात हे आयुष्यभर वापरण्यासाठी ड्रॉप्स असतात जसं एक्झाम्पल एखाद्याला जर ब्लड प्रेशर वाढला असेल म्हणजे ज्याला आपण हायपरटेन्शन म्हणतो त्यावेळी आपण ज्या त्यांना गोळ्या देतो त्या सुद्धा डॉक्टरांनी सांगितल्याशिवाय बंद करायच्या नसतात किंवा इनफॅक्ट बदलायच्या सुद्धा नसतात तसेच हे ड्रॉप्स जे असतात ते सतत कंटिन्यू करणे गरजेचं असतं काही कालांतरानं काही वेळा एखाद्या ड्रॉपचा जर इफेक्ट चांगला होत नसेल तर आम्ही ड्रॉप बदलू शकतो किंवा त्याच्यामध्ये आणखी ऍड करू शकतो ड्रॉप्स अर्थात ज्यांना या ड्रॉप्स मुळे त्रास होतो किंवा ड्रॉप्स घालणं जमत नाही अशा वेळी त्यांना इतर उपचार उपलब्ध आहेत खरं तर काही रुग्णांमध्ये आम्ही ऑपरेशन किंवा डोळ्याचं प्रेशर कमी करायचं लेझर याचा सुद्धा उपचार आधीच सांगतो ड्रॉप चालू करायच्या आधी कारण हे त्या आजाराच्या स्वरूपावर अवलंबून नसतं की किती प्रमाणात हा आजार झालेला आहे तर काही रुग्णांना क्रॉप न चालू करता आम्ही त्याच्यासाठी एक स्पेशल लेझर केलं जातं प्रेशर कमी करायचं ते करतो किंवा ऑपरेशन करून सुद्धा हा डोळ्याचं प्रेशर आम्ही कमी करू शकतो काजबिंदू हा पूर्ण बरा होत नाही पण तो कंट्रोल मध्ये ठेवता येतो जसं एक्झाम्पल झालं तर डायबिटीस हा शक्यतो पूर्ण बरा होत नाही पण आपल्याला औषध गोळ्यांनी किंवा पथ्य पाणी पाळून जसं आपल्याला डायबिटीस कंट्रोल मध्ये ठेवता येतो तसंच काजबिंदू हा वेळच्या वेळी जर आपण तपासणी करून घेतली आणि डोळ्याचा प्रेशर ड्रॉप्स किंवा ऑपरेशन किंवा लेझर याच्या साहाय्याने जर कंट्रोल करून ठेवलं तर आपल्याला हा आजार आटोक्यात आणता येतो
