नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरव पटवर्धन नंददीप नेत्रालय याचा मी संचालक है आणि नेत्र तज्ञ है तर आमच्या सांगली कोल्हापूर बेलगावी रत्नागिरी मुल पुणे इथे सुद्धा शाखा है आज मी या वीडियो मध्ये थोडक्यात माहिती देणार ते कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस विषयी बरेच तरुण वर्ग जो है तो चश्मा नको असेल तर अशा वे कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस चा वापर करतो काही लोकांना लेजर प्रोसीजर करून घ्यायची नसते किंवा त्यांची लेजर प्रोसीजर होण्याची शक्यता नसते तर असे लोक सुद्धा कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस वापरतात आणि आजकाल कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस च कॉस्ट ही बरी कमी झालेली आणि त्याची सेफ्टी सुद्धा डेफिनेटली वाढले है पण तरी सुद्धा कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस वापरता ना आपण काही काजी घेणे हे फार महत्त्वाचे है सगत महत्वाचा म्हणजे कॉन्टॅक्ट लेंस जवे आपण घेतो त्या ते तज्ञ तपास मगज घेणे हे फार फायदेशीर असत तसेच ती कशी वापरा त्याच्या मध्ये कुठली काजी घ्यायची कशा प्रकारे ती डोल्यात घालायची कशा प्रकारे ती काढायची याची व्यवस्थित माहिती करून घेणे हे फार महत्वाचा असत कॉन्टेक्ट लेंस प्रत्येक कॉन्टेक्ट लेंस साठी एक विशिष्ट वे दिलेला असतो की एवढे तास तुम्ही ते वापरू शकता काही आठ ते 10 तासा सा असतात काही एक्सटेंडेड वेर असतात 12 ते 14 तास तुम्ही वापरू शकता परंतु शक्य तो किंवा सर्वच कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस मध्ये एक खबरदारी बागण फार महवा ते म्हणजे रात्री घालून ते झोप टाव याच कारण अस की कॉन्टेक्ट लेंस मु हो असत आपल्या भग ही कॉन्टेक्ट लेंस असते आणि त्यामुले जी ऑक्सिजन आपल्या बुबला मित असतो तो थोडासा कमी झालेला असतो आणि ती घालून जर आपण रात्री झोप तर हा ऑक्सी आणखी कमी होतो आणि त्यामुले बुबला धोका निर्माण होतो त्याच्या मध्ये जखमा होण्याची शक्यता असते इन्फेक्शन होण्याची शक्यता वाढते तसेच कॉन्टॅक्ट लेंस घालून पाण्याच्या संपर्का ण टाव काही लोक चुकी कॉन्टैक्ट लेंस घालून पहायला जातात समुद्रात जातात किंवा डोल्यात काही वे उडत त्यांच्या पाणी तर हे कटाक्षा टाव जवे तुम्ही अशा परिसरात असाल जिथे तुम्हाला डोवर पाणी पडण्याची किंवा धू जाण्याची शक्यता असेल अशा वे कॉन्टेक्ट लेस घातली असेल तर वरन आपण एक प्रोटेक्टिव गॉगल किंवा चश्मा वापर हे फार महत्त्वाचे है कॉन्टेक्ट लेंस सतत च वापरा काही लोकांना एलर्जी येऊ शकते अशा वे डो लाल होतात खाज होतात अशा वे त्या अशा परिस्थिती परत कॉन्टॅक्ट लेंस घाण हे कटाक्षा टाव कारण अशा वे जर तुम्ही कॉन्टेक्ट लेंस वापरली तर हे एलर्जी तर वाडू शकते पण डो मध्ये इन्फेक्शन य होऊ शकत आणि जर डोल्यात इन्फेक्शन झालं तर त्याचे परिणाम फार त्रास दायक असतात बरेच दृष्टी कमी पण होऊ शकते त्या लक्षात ठेवा कॉन्टेक्ट लेनस जरूर वापरा परंतु व्यवस्थित त्याची खबरदारी आणि काजी घेऊन कॉन्टेक्ट लाइनस वापरा धन्यवाद
