नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन आज आपण नंदादीप नेत्रालय म्हणजे आमचं जे हॉस्पिटल आहे सांगली इथलं तर त्याच्या ऑपरेशन थिएटर मध्ये आहोत आणि मी तुम्हाला दाखवणार आहे की ऑपरेशन साठी आम्ही कोणकोणती मशीन्स वापरतो आणि आता तुम्हाला हे बॅकग्राऊंडला जे सगळे मशीन दिसतात ते बघून तुम्हाला असा एक वाटत असेल की आपण कुठल्यातरी सायफाय मूवी मध्ये आलेलो आहे तर तसंच आहे की आत्ताची जी अद्ययावत यंत्रणा आहे जी आम्ही ऑपरेशन साठी वापरतो खास करून मोतीबिंदू जे पडद्याचे ऑपरेशन्स आहेत त्यासाठी नंबर घालवण्यासाठी जे वापरतो हे सगळे अतिशय मॉडर्न आणि सोफिस्टिकेटेड इक्विपमेंट आहेत माझ्या मागे जी दोन मशीन्स आहेत ती ऍडव्हान्स फेको मशीन आणि रेटिनाच्या सर्जरीचे मशीन आहे आणि याद्वारे आम्ही डोळ्यातला मोतीबिंदू काढायसाठी आम्ही ह्या मशीनचा वापर करत असतो या दोन मशीन व्यतिरिक्त जे आम्ही पाहतो म्हणजे जे मायक्रोस्कोप आहे तर हा थ्री डी मायक्रोस्कोप आहे आमच्याकडे थ्रीडी मायक्रोस्कोप म्हणजे काय असतं की याच्यामध्ये आम्ही त्या आयपीस मध्ये न बघता आम्हाला मोठ्या स्क्रीनवर टीव्ही स्क्रीनवर रुग्णाचा डोळा दिसतो आणि त्याच्याकडे पाहून आम्ही ऑपरेशन करू शकतो आणि यामुळे काय होतं मॅग्निफाईड इमेजमुळे जी ऍक्युरेसी आहे जे ऑपरेशन मध्ये आम्ही वापरतो ती खूप वाढलेली असते तर असा हा थ्री डी मायक्रोस्कोप आमच्या हॉस्पिटलमध्ये आहे आणि हा एकदम अद्यायवाद ऍडव्हान्स मायक्रोस्कोप आहे याच्यातच दोन ऍडिशनल इक्विपमेंट आता आमच्याकडे आलेले आहेत अर्थात ही बऱ्याच दिवसापासून आमच्याकडे आहेतच त्याची मी तुम्हाला थोडक्यात माहिती देतो हे जे कन्सोल आहे ते आम्ही वापरतो ते इमेज गायडेड सर्जरी साठी इमेज गायडेड सर्जरी म्हणजे रुग्णाचा डोळा आधीच आम्ही त्याचा फोटो घेतला जातो आणि हा फोटो या मशीन मध्ये आलेला असतो आणि हे मशीन ज्यावेळी आम्ही ऑपरेशन करतो त्यावेळी त्या डोळ्याच्या इमेजवर सुपर इम्पोज करतो त्यामुळे आम्ही ऑपरेशन कुठल्या एक्सिस मध्ये करतोय याचा रुग्णाला किती फायदा आहे रुग्णाचा नंबर किती कमीत कमी आपण करू शकतो यासाठी या इमेज गायडेड सिस्टीमचा वापर केला जातो म्हणजे आमच्याकडे ही थ्री डी इमेजिंग सुद्धा आहे आणि प्लस इमेज गायडेड सुद्धा आहे तर असा असणारा आय थिंक महाराष्ट्रातल्या किंवा पूर्ण देशातच अक्षरशः बोटाच्या मोजावर मोजण्या इतकीच हॉस्पिटल्स मध्ये अशा प्रकारची यंत्रणा उपलब्ध असेल आणि याचा सगळा फायदा जो आहे तो आमच्या रुग्णांना होत असतो आणि याच्यात आता एक नवीन ऍडिशन जी झालेली आहे त्याला आम्ही पेमट्टो असिस्टेड कॅट्रॅक्ट सर्जरी म्हणतो किंवा साध्या भाषेत म्हणायचं झालं तर लेझर असिस्टेड कॅट्रॅक्ट सर्जरी आम्ही जे आतापर्यंत ऑपरेशन करत होतो त्याला आम्ही फेको इमल्सिफिकेशन पद्धत म्हणतो आता ही पद्धत सुद्धा गेल्या साधारण 25 वर्षापासून वापरली जाते 25 ते 30 वर्षापासून आणि त्यात सुद्धा मी सांगितलं असं आता भरपूर अध्यायावत यंत्रणा आपल्याकडे उपलब्ध झालेली आहे आणि त्याच्यातच ॲडिशन म्हणजे आणखी ऍक्युरेसी यावी आणखी प्रिसिजन मिळावं रुग्णाच्या दृष्टीने आणखी चांगले त्याचे रिझल्ट्स यावेत यासाठी हळूहळू तुम्हाला माहिती आहे की सगळ्याच गोष्टी मशीन आता कंट्रोल केल्या जातात जसं आता तुमचा मोबाईल बऱ्याच गोष्टीवर कंट्रोल करू शकतो साधं पूर्वी आपण चित्र काढायचं तर हाताने काढावं लागायचं पण आता तुम्हाला माहिती आहे कॉम्प्युटरवर आपण तेच चित्र अधिक चांगल्या पद्धतीने आणि कमी वेळात पण अधिक ऍक्युरेट काढू शकतो तसंच हे जे मशीन आहे ते आम्हाला त्याच्या सहाय्याने आम्ही मोतीबिंदू काढू शकतो आणि त्यासाठी हे लेझर आम्हाला असिस्ट करत असतात असतं आणि त्याच्यामुळे जो आम्ही इन्सिजन घेतो म्हणजे जे छेद करून आम्ही जे मोतीबिंदू काढत असतो ते सुद्धा मशीनच्या साह्याने बनवलं जातं जे लेन्सचा समोरचा पापुद्रा आम्ही कट करतो तो सुद्धा या मशीनच्या साह्याने एकदम एक्झॅक्ट सर्क्युलर पॅटर्न मध्ये आम्ही बनवू शकतो त्यामुळे जी ऑपरेशनची जी ऍक्युरेसी आहे ती आणखी वाढते आणि या सगळ्या मशीनचा फायदा आमच्या रुग्णांना होत आहे आणि आम्ही पाहतोय की वर्षानुवर्ष आम्ही जे ऑपरेशन्स करतोय त्याच्या रिझल्ट मध्ये सुधारणा होत आहे तर जरूर आमच्या रुग्णालयात तुम्ही भेट द्या आणि आमच्याकडे अक्षरशः जगातली एक आणि एक अशी यंत्रणा आहे जी आमच्या रुग्णांसाठी फायदेशीर असेल धन्यवाद
