मी सुदाम सीताराम कदम राहणार घाटणे तालुका माडा जिल्हा सोलापूर आज मला या ठिकाणी मनोगत व्यक्त करण्यासाठी अतिशय आनंद होत आहे कारण नंदादीप नेत्र रुग्णालय सांगली या ठिकाणी उजव्या डोळ्याचे ऑपरेशन झालं मी असताना कीर्तनकार प्रवचनकार आहे मग अभ्यास करत असताना ग्रंथ वाचन गाथा वाचन वाचन ज्ञानेश्वरी वाचन हे जमत नव्हतं आणि बिगर चश्म्याचा मला हे वाचता यायला लागलं हे नंदादीप नेत्र रुग्णालय यांचे माझ्यावर फार मोठे उपकार आहेत कारण त्यांनी माझ्यासाठी ज्या मॅडमनी माझं ऑपरेशन केलं आणि ज्या डॉक्टरांनी सहकार्य केलं आणि सर्व कर्मचाऱ्यांनी मला चांगली वागणूक दिली आज मी पाहतोय माझ्याबरोबर वीस बावीस पेशंट माडा ठिकाणाहून आलेले आहेत पण त्यांना वयाचा किंवा त्यांच्या ह्याचा विचार न करता तिथले सगळे कर्मचारी आतुरतेने त्यांच्याशी प्रेमाने बोलतायत ओ काका ओ मामा ओ दादा असं बसा एखाद्याला ऐकू येत नसेल तर त्याला जवळ जाऊन हाताला धरून त्याची सेवा करतायेत मग ह्या सगळ्या सेवेची उतराई म्हणून मी त्यांना एक सन्मानपत्र देत आहे माझ्या संस्थेचं सन्मानपत्र मी त्यांना अर्पण केलेलं आहे आणि ह्या नंदादीप नेत्र रुग्णालय अशी भरभराट चंद्र सूर्य आहे तोपर्यंत चालू राहील ही अपेक्षा मनात व्यक्त करतो आणि माझे दोन शब्द संपवतो
