हेलो फ्रेंड्स मैं साय मुखर्जी कंसल्टेंट टिस्ट नवाई हॉस्पिटल आज मैं केराटोन के बारे में बोलने वाला हूं केराटो कोनस एक पुतले का आजार है मतलब कोर्निया का एक आजार है जिसम क्या होता है कोर्निया धीरे धीरे कोन शफ हो जाता है इसका इलाज जनरली दो से तीन स्टेप में करना पड़ता है पहले ये जो केराटोन अर है इसको रुना पड़ता है इसको रोकने के लिए सीसर बोलके लेजर होता है सीर लेजर करने के बाद कोर्निया धीरे धीरे शेप होते ते है उसको रुकने के लिए लेजर होता है र करने के बाद नजर बढ़ाने के लिए आंख के अंदर लेंस डाल सकते है जिसको आईपीसीएल बोलते है ये लेंस आंख का जो नेचुरल लेंस है और ज आंखों का पुतली है इसके बीच में यह लेंस डाल देते हैं और यह लेंस डालने के बाद चश्मा नंबर कम हो जाते है नजर भी बढ़ते है और ये लेंस डालने के पहले कन्फर्म कर लेना चाहिए जो आंखों का जो कोनस आर है वो स्टेबल हो चुका है कोटन आजर स्टेबल होने के बाद ही ये लेंस डाल सकते है ये लेंस डालने के बाद ऐसे जनरली दिखा गया है 70 टू 80 तक नजर वापस आ जाता है बाकी 100% नजर के लिए कभी-कभी आंख के ऊपर स्कल कांटेक्ट लेंस डालना पड़ता है स्कल कांटेक्ट में ला तो एकदम छोटा से छोटा अक्षर भी दिखने लगता है और एकदम मैजिकल विजन इंप्रूवमेंट होता है किटस का स्टेज केटोस कब डिटेक्ट हुआ और उसका सीरि के ऊपर डिपेंड करके ट्रीटमेंट डिसाइड होता है कोई कोई पेशेंट को लेजर करते हैं और नजर बढ़ाने के लिए लेंस डालते हैं कोई कोई पेशेंट को लेजर फिल आईपीसी लेंस प्लस स्ल फते किना सही टाम प डिटेक्ट हुआ और इसका सही सीक्वेंस में इलाज हुआ तो विजन वापस भी आ सकते है और केट रो रुक सकते है [संगीत]
