नमस्कार मी डॉक्टर स्नेहा भांदुर्गे शिंदे कन्सल्टंट नंदादी पाय हॉस्पिटल कोल्हापूर ब्रांच मध्ये आहे मी आता आज आपण एक खूपच कॉमन विषयाबद्दल बोलणार आहोत आणि ती म्हणजे रांजणवाडी मला माहिती आहे तुम्हाला सगळ्यांनाच माहिती असणार आहे की रांजणवाडी म्हणजे काय आणि ते कसं त्याचे सिम्पटम्स असतील काय असतील पण आपण थोडसं ऑफिलॉजिस्टच्या परस्पेक्टिव्ह मधून बोलूया तर रांजणवाडी म्हणजे काय आपल्या डोळ्यात बरेचशे डोळ्याच्या पापणीत बरेचशे ग्रंथी असतात आणि त्या ग्रंथींमधलं एक ग्रंथीचं नाव आहे ग्लँड ऑफ जायस सो हा ग्रंथी जो असतो आपल्या डोळ्याचे पापणीचे केस जे असतात त्याच्या खूप जवळ असतं आणि त्या ग्रंथीचा जर काही इन्फेक्शन झाला आणि ती सुजली तर आपण त्याला रांजणवाडी म्हणत असतो दुखायला लागतात पापणी ते एका वरची जरी पापणी असेल असू शकते खालची पापणी असू शकते कोणाकोणाला दोन्ही डोळ्यांच्या पापणीला सूज येतात दुखायला लागतं आणि हे बरेचदा होत असतं एक डोळा झाला दुसरा डोळा दुसऱ्या डोळ्यात एक पापणी झालं दुसरी पापणी झाली सो असं सारखे सारखे हे डोळ्यात डोळा लाल होणं डोळा सुजणं डोळ्यातून पाणी येणं हे सगळे ह्याचे लक्षणं आहेत मग ह्याचे कारण काय असू शकतात पहिले तर अनकंट्रोल डायबिटीज असेल तुम्हाला तुम्ही कधी तुमची ब्लड शुगर टेस्ट केलाच नसाल तर हा एक मुख्य कारण असू शकतो तुम्हाला सारखी सारखी वारंवार रांजणवाडी होण्याची अजून एक म्हणजे चश्म्याचा नंबर आहे पण तुम्ही चश्मा घालत नाही नाहीतर मग तो नंबर बरोबर नसेल हा एक कारण असू शकतो तुम्ही डोळे सारखे सारखे रब करत असाल तर हा अजून एक कारण असू शकतो सो तुमचं कारण काय आहे मुख्यतः हे तुमचे डॉक्टर कळून घेतील की कशामुळे हे रांजणवाडी व्हायला लागले आणि ह्याचं इन्फेक्शन होण्याचे एक मोस्ट कॉमन ऑर्गॅनिझम जो म्हणतो आम्ही तो स्टॅपॅलोकोकल आहे सो या ह्याला आपलं ट्रीट करणं खूप महत्त्वाचं आहे सो ग्रंथी जे आहे त्याचं इन्फेक्शन झालं की हे मेन तर डॉक्टर आता काय करणार तुमचे पापणी शेकायचं पापणी शेकल्यानंतर ते पस जे आहे ते फुटून म्हणजे हे होऊन बाहेर येऊ शकतं नाहीतर आपण अँटीबायोटिक दिलं तर मग ते तिथल्या तिथे कमी होऊ शकतं आणि डोळ्यात घालण्यासाठी ड्रॉप आणि डेफिनेटली अँटीबायोटिक्स आणि दुखणं कमी करण्यासाठी गोळे तुमचे डॉक्टर चालू करतील सो रांजणवाडी जरी असेल तर त्याला दुर्लक्ष करू नका त्याचं काय कारण आहे ते जाणून घेण्यासाठी डोळ्यांच्या डॉक्टरला नक्कीच भेट द्या थँक्यू
