नमस्कार मैं डॉक्टर निधि पटवर्धन कैटरेक्ट आई स्पेशलिस्ट नंददीप आई हॉस्पिटल सांगली से आखिरी वीडियो में हमने देखा कि मोतिया बिंद क्या होता है इसके लक्षण क्या होते हैं और इसके कारण क्या होते हैं आज के वीडियो में हम बात करेंगे मोतिया बिंद की शस्त्रक्रिया के बारे में आधुनिक शस्त्रक्रिया के बारे में बोला गया तो उसे हम बिन टाके की शस्त्रक्रिया और फेको इमल्स फिकेशन भी बोलते हैं तो फेको इमल्स फिकेशन में हम क्या करते हैं फको इमल्स फिकेशन के बारे में बताने से पहले हमारी जो नॉर्मली आंखें होती हैं उसमें जो लेंस होती है जब वो कैटरेक्ट हो जाती है तब वह सफेद हो जाती है और हम ऑपरेशन करते टाइम पहले आंखों को सुन्न करते हैं और फिर छोटा सा चीरा आंखों में करते हैं और फिर अल्ट्रासाउंड की मदद से वह जो कैटरेक्ट लेंस होती है उसको हम हटा देते हैं उसकी जगह पर हम एक आर्टिफिशियल लेंस जिसको हम इंट्राऑकुलर लेंस भी बोलते हैं उसकी जगह पर प्लेस कर देते हैं जिससे कि मरीज की नजर इंप्रूव हो जाती है अभी हम अल्ट्रासाउंड की बजाय फेमो सेकंड लेजर का भी उपयोग कर सकते हैं और उस सर्जरी को हम फेमो सेकंड कैटरेक्ट सर्जरी बोलते हैं तो आज के वीडियो में हमने जाना कि आधुनिक कैटरेक्ट सर्जरी दो प्रकार की होती है एक होती है फेको इमल्स फिकेशन जिसे हम माइक्रो इंसीजन कैटरेक्ट सर्जरी भी बोलते हैं और दूसरी फेमो सेकंड कैटरेक्ट सर्जरी जिसे हम फ्लैक्स भी बोलते हैं अगले वीडियो में हम बात करेंगे कैटरेक्ट सर्जरी के बाद आंखों में डाले जाने वाली इंट्राऑकुलर लेंस यानी कि आर्टिफिशियल लेंस के बारे में धन्यवाद
