मी रमेश श्रीखंडे पणजी गोव्याला राहतो माझं वय 68 वर्षे आहे माझ्या डोळ्याच्या नियमित चेकिंग साठी मी गोव्यालाच एका नेत्र तज्ञाकडे गेलो होतो माझं चेकिंग झालं त्यावेळेला डोळ्यामध्ये कॅट्रॅक्ट असल्याचं निदान झालं त्यानंतर घरी आलो आणि एखाद्या निष्णात डॉक्टरांचा सर्च सुरू केला youtube बघता बघता मला सांगलीचे डॉक्टर सौरभ पटवर्धन यांचं नंदादीप हॉस्पिटल च्या विषयी माहिती मिळाली आणि त्यांचे एका पाठोपाठ एक असे व्हिडिओ पाहिल्यानंतर मला प्रथम दर्शनीच म्हणजे आपण जसं प्रेमात पडतो तसं मी डॉक्टरांच्या प्रेमात पडलो त्यांचं अतिशय सुरेख असं विवेचन असलेलं आणि पेशंटला अगदी माहितीपूर्ण असं त्यांचे व्हिडिओ बघितल्यानंतर मला वाटलं की माझं कॅट्रॅक्ट ऑपरेशन करायचं असेल तर ते इथेच करावं अर्थात पण सांगली ला जाणं थोडं म्हणजे वेळेचंच आहे तरी पण आम्ही विचार केला की इथं जाऊया त्याप्रमाणे आम्ही गेलो सौरभ सरांची अपॉइंटमेंट घेतली त्यांच्या कॉल सेंटरवर ज्यावेळेला फोन केला त्यावेळेला अतिशय विस्तृत अशी माहिती मला मिळाली त्यांची बोलण्याची पद्धत किंवा विचारणा इथूनच मला आणखी परत तावडायला लागलं की सांगलीला आपण गेलोच पाहिजे सांगलीला गेलो सौरभ सरांची अपॉइंटमेंट मिळाली त्यांनी माझं चेकिंग केलं पहिल्यांदाच त्यांना बघितल्याबरोबरच अगदी प्रसन्न वाटलं वाटलं मला की आपले डोळे एका सुरक्षित डॉक्टरांच्या निष्णात डॉक्टरांच्या हातात आहेत याची मला खात्री पटली त्यानंतर ताबडतोब आम्ही अपॉइंटमेंट फिक्स केली आणि दुसऱ्याच आठवड्यात माझ्या कॅटेक्ट ऑपरेशन झालं दोन्ही डोळ्यांचे एकाच वेळी माझं ऑपरेशन झालं आणि अतिशय मला काहीही वाटलं नाही ऑपरेशन टेबलवर गेल्यानंतर भीती तरी अजिबात वाटली नाही सौरभ सर माझ्या पाठीशीच उभे होते प्रत्येक वेळा म्हणजे बोलत होते ते ऑपरेशन झालंय अ पहिल्यांदा उजव्या डोळ्याचं झालं कळालं सुद्धा नाही मला त्यानंतर डाव्या डोळ्याचं झालं काय ते सुद्धा कळालं नाही बाहेर आलो अगदी म्हणजे काय ऑपरेशन थिएटरमध्ये आपण गेलोय काही होते बाबा शस्त्रक्रिया आपल्यावर काही दुखतंय खुपतंय काही नाही आरामात आलो बसलो रूममध्ये मला वाटतं एक दहा पंधरा मिनिटानंतर मी बघायला सुरुवात झाली माझी त्यानंतर मग बाकीच्या प्रोसिजर झाल्या मेडिकेशन वगैरे दिलं फार्मसी मध्ये गेलं फार्मसी अतिशय सुरेख त्यानंतर रिसेप्शन अतिशय सुरेख स्टाफ सगळा इतका म्हणजे मला वाटलं हॉस्पिटल मध्ये नाहीत आहोत आपण माझ्या घरातच माझी शास्त्रीय चालले सगळे माझे फॅमिली मेंबर्स आहेत इथं आणि अगदी इतका म्हणजे वाटलं की यांचं जे ब्रीदवाक्य आहे नंदादीप म्हणजे दृष्टी ते अतिशय चफलक आहे आणि सगळ्या स्टाफचा विशेष करून डॉक्टर सौरभ सरांचा मी अतिशय आभारी आहे की त्यांनी मला एक नवीन आणि दृष्टी दिली मला सगळे स्टाफ त्यानंतर परत मी दुसऱ्या वेळेला चेकिंगला आलो त्या वेळेला सुद्धा तीच ट्रीटमेंट मला परत आलो परत तीच ट्रीटमेंट म्हणजे कुठेही असं नाही की कृत्रिमता आहे अगदी नैसर्गिक सगळं घरच्या सारखंच सोफिस्टिकेटेड सगळी उपकरण आहेत सगळी व्यवस्था प्रत्येक वेळेला आदराने इथं वागणूक दिली जाते खूप खूप आभारी आहे सौरभ सर तुमचा आणि सगळ्या स्टाफच्या [संगीत]
